U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito made several stops Tuesday, in Jefferson and Berkeley Counties where she met with constituents, small business owners, teachers, students, and community leaders in an effort to hear directly from constituents in the Eastern Panhandle about the issues that matter right here. Senator Capito began the day at Shepherd University, then made several other stops in the area, and concluded the day with a meeting at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College where she learned more about the college’s partnership with Procter and Gamble and the many training programs offered there.
